Shortly after completing his education, he entered real estate, joining a national agency, The Property Centre. His entrepreneurial drive saw him rise to Sales Director by 20, managing a team of 15 agents and advising HNWIs and family offices on £5M+ asset transactions. At 21, Theo moved to Dubai to take on one of the world’s most competitive property markets. With a focus on Dubai Hills and off-plan investments, he has sold over AED 250M in the last 24 months. Known for his transparent, value-led approach, Theo builds lasting relationships with clients, combining UK market experience with deep local knowledge to deliver strategic property advice and results.
