Over the past four years, Shah has been personally investing in Dubai real estate, where he has successfully identified projects that have seen great growth and now advises clients on how to do the same. He has worked closely with property owners, developers and buyers to enhance overall property investment performance. His keen market insight and comprehensive understanding of Dubai’s real estate landscape contributed to his ability to identify emerging trends and capitalise on lucrative buying and selling opportunities.

Before his Dubai real estate career, Shah successfully owned and operated a diverse portfolio of hospitality businesses in the UK for nearly two decades, ultimately selling them to relocate to Dubai.
